We are seeking a dedicated and organized Loan Processor to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for supporting both loan processing and credit assessment functions. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the Australian mortgage industry, this could be the perfect long-term opportunity for you.

Position: Loan Processor

Salary: 150,000 NPR - 224000 NPR/month

Working Hours & Conditions: AU/NZ business hours; full-time (remote)

Holidays TBD


Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
    • Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
    • Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
    • Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
    • Use CRM systems like ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity
    • Stay current with lender policies and industry updates

Requirements

Qualifications:

        • 1-2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
        • Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
        • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
        • Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
