We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports and forecasts, and supporting business decision-making through accurate insights. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools are essential for success in this position.

Position: Financial Analyst

Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 110,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Holidays TBD


Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
    • Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
    • Support budgeting and financial planning processes
    • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
    • Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools
    • Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA or CFA (Level I or above) is highly preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand accounts or firms is required
  • Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is mandatory
  • Experience with Syft, Re-Leased, or Notion is a significant advantage
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting and expert-level financial modeling, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
