About the role
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly by managing vendor relationships and maintaining accurate records. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in accounting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports with high accuracy to ensure timely payment cycles.
Collaborate with internal departments to secure proper invoice approvals and gather necessary supporting documentation.
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and vendor statements to maintain financial integrity.
Manage professional communications with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and payment discrepancies.
Support month-end closing activities and audit requests by organizing and providing essential financial records.
Maintain digitized filing systems and assist with vendor onboarding to ensure compliance with established accounting procedures.
