岗位描述：
负责高中环境科学课程的全学段教学，涵盖环境科学基础、生态保护、资源利用、环境污染治理等核心模块，结合A-Level/AP国际课程体系要求，设计适配学生认知水平的教学方案。
精准把控教学进度，依据新课标及学校教学计划，完成备课、授课、作业批改、课后辅导、单元测评等全流程教学工作，确保教学质量达标，学生学科素养与成绩双提升。
优化教学方法，融入生活化、实验化、国际化教学案例，激发学生对环境科学的兴趣，培养学生科学探究、数据分析、逻辑表达及跨学科解决问题的能力。 负责学生学业成绩的跟踪与分析，针对不同层次学生制定个性化辅导计划，做好培优补差工作，助力学生在学科竞赛、升学考试（含国际升学）中取得优异成绩。
We are currently recruiting an AP Environmental Science teacher for an international school in Shanghai. The expected start date is August 2026.
Responsible for the full-student-section teaching of high school environmental science courses, covering core modules such as environmental science fundamentals, ecological protection, resource utilization, and environmental pollution control. In line with the requirements of the A-Level/AP international curriculum system, the teaching plan is designed to match students' cognitive levels.
Precisely control the teaching progress. Based on the new curriculum standards and the school's teaching plan, complete the entire teaching process including lesson preparation, teaching, homework correction, after-class tutoring, unit assessments, etc., to ensure that the teaching quality meets the standards and that students' academic literacy and grades both improve.
Optimize teaching methods and integrate life-oriented, experimental, and international teaching cases to stimulate students' interest in environmental science and cultivate their abilities in scientific inquiry, data analysis, logical expression, and interdisciplinary problem-solving. Track and analyze students' academic performance, formulate personalized tutoring plans for students of different levels, and do a good job in promoting outstanding students and helping those who need improvement, to help students achieve excellent results in academic competitions, college entrance examinations (including international college entrance examinations).
