
Aortic Disease Program Coordinator- NP/PA
The Aortic Disease Program Coordinator is a clinical and operational leader responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and growth of a multidisciplinary Aortic Disease Program across cardiac surgery and vascular surgery.
This role focuses on clinical coordination, operational execution, and program integration across inpatient and ambulatory settings. The coordinator works closely with physician leadership, institute administration, and system teams to enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support program growth in a clinically and operationally matrixed environment. The coordinator will play a key role in complex care coordination, patient navigation, and longitudinal disease management, while contributing to quality outcomes, patient experience, and program development.
