AOI Programmer

$25/hr

Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–3:15 AM

We’re looking for an AOI Programmer to join our Quality Assurance team and keep automated optical inspection programs accurate, efficient, and production-ready.

What You'll Do

• Create, debug, and maintain AOI machine programs
• Update programs for part, template, and engineering changes
• Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
• Troubleshoot AOI issues and improve machine performance
• Help operators resolve part and inspection discrepancies
• Assist with operator training
• Maintain program documentation and logs
• Work with internal teams and AOI equipment manufacturers to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of electronics manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work independently
• IPC-A-610 certification is a plus
• SAP Business One experience is a plus
