职位描述
1.负责新机种 NPI 阶段 AOI 编程、光学参数调试与试产验证，输出标准化检测程序； 2.维护量产机台 AOI 程序，持续优化降低误报、杜绝漏检，统一全线判定标准； 3.统计分析 AOI 不良数据，联动工艺推动前端制程改善，建立缺陷样本库； 4.制定 AOI 点检、程序管控规范，整理追溯资料，配合客户及内部体系审核； 5.负责设备日常维护、简易故障处理，提升设备稼动；培训产线人员缺陷判定标准； 6.开发微元件、车规精密 PCB 专属 AOI 检测方案，匹配高端产品品质管控需求。
职位要求
电子相关大专及以上，1 年以上独立 AOI 编程调试经验，熟练操作主流品牌 AOI 设备； 独立完成 NPI 新机种 AOI 导入、光学参数优化，有效管控漏检、误报，统一产线判定标准； 能统计分析不良数据，联动 SMT 工艺推进制程改善，负责设备日常点检与简易故障维护； 编写 AOI 作业规范、点检表，整理完整追溯资料，配合客户及内部体系审核； 做事细致严谨，具备主动改善意识，沟通协调能力良好，可承受新品加急、审厂等工作压力； 有车规产品、微小型元器件 AOI 调试经验优先。
