Job Shift: Any**HIRING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS**
We are seeking experienced and driven AOG Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms. This is a 8-on / 6-off rotational position, offering a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational uptime.
You’ll provide service across aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer, and more.

- Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently and in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements
- Communicate directly with external customers to manage expectations, scope of work, and completion timelines
- Accurately document all maintenance performed using internal systems
- Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service on-site
- Ensure all actions are performed with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Clear, professional communication with external clients
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused

Work Environment:
- Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on AOG demand and customer volume
- The role requires rapid response to aircraft AOG situations, sometimes in high-pressure or adverse conditions. PPE and safety protocols must be strictly followed.

Schedule and

Compensation:
- Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off
- Per Diem: A daily per diem of $66 will be provided to cover meals and incidental expenses.
- Additional: Company-provided uniforms, tools, laptop, and stocked MSU truck

QualificationsRequired education and experience
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG or field service experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with one or more platforms:
- Gulfstream (GIV–G700)
- Bombardier (Challenger, Global)
- Cessna Citation series
- King Air 90/200/350
- Embraer Phenom or Legacy
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel on short notice
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working in challenging physical environments
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Ongoing employment requires participating and complying with the Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program which includes random testing.
