Job Description

Join our team as an AOG Coordinator and play a critical role in minimizing aircraft downtime by responding immediately to AOG requests. You’ll coordinate the sourcing, procurement, and transportation of essential parts and materials, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant resolution. Your ability to act quickly, communicate effectively, and manage priorities under pressure will be key to keeping our fleet operational.
  • Responding immediately to all AOG-related requests for aircraft parts and materials, ensuring rapid and effective action
  • Identifying the most efficient sourcing and transportation solutions to support grounded aircraft and minimize operational downtime
  • Coordinating AOG rectification plans with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely task execution
  • Sourcing critical aircraft components and materials, managing procurement activities, and closely tracking order progress
  • Verifying documentation and paperwork for all materials and components to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including night hours
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Work experience in the aviation or logistics (airfreight) sector would be considered an advantage.
