This 18-month fast-track program rotates you through three 6‑month phases across operations and supply chain at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, including hands-on responsibilities and projects in production plants. · Enrol in an 18‑month fast‑track management trainee program designed to accelerate your development into future leadership roles.
· Complete three 6‑month rotations with hands‑on responsibilities and projects in production plants to gain deep operational and supply‑chain experience.
· Rotate through related functions—including digital business, procurement and sales—to build a broad, cross‑functional understanding of the organization.
· Work on cross‑functional initiatives and contribute to real business improvements throughout the program.

· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with successful academic record
· Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment
· Has experience using PLC/ automation system is highly preferred
· Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
· Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
· Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
