岗位任务类:
1、在日常工作中切实贯彻监管机构和公司合规经营的标准,按照规章制度工作,一旦发现团队招募过程中的真实性、经营行为合规性及内部控制有效性方面的瑕疵立即报告并加以制止;
2、负责所在业务部增员工作,协助外勤主管完成增员招聘目标;
3、负责营销业务人员招募过程中的相关行政手续办理;
4、负责营销业务人员出系统及离司手续的办理;
5、负责代理人资格证书及执业证的登记发放等相关手续的办理;
6、负责安排代理人岗前培训的相关通知和跟踪事宜;
7、负责增员竞赛活动的数据统计,并协助追踪;
8、负责增员相关活动的经费报销事宜;
9、完成管理层及部门要求的其他工作
