本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)
負責執行案源篩選與開發、投資案成案及結案、投資管理及提升投資績效
本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)
1. 負責案源篩選與開發：1) 獨立開發投資機會; 2) 訪談報告及案件追蹤; 3)持續精進最新產品訊息、技術發展趨勢及產品創新情形。
2. 負責投資案之成案及結案：1)進行投資判斷及建立財務模型、分析財務報表; 2) 完成投資評估報告撰寫; 3)協助架構投資條件、擬定投資案二年追蹤計劃。
3. 負責投資管理、提升獲利倍數：1) 追蹤及更新投資戶重要事項之進展 (月報、季報、會議備忘紀要、評價等例行事務); 2) 主動提供加值服務; 3) 提出或執行投資處分策略及退出時機之建議。
基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)
學歷：碩士
工作經驗：具產業或金融領域5年工作經驗以上尤佳
專業能力：具財務報表分析能力、產業研究相關知識
語言能力：英語能力優者佳
其他：善於溝通、學習能力佳、主動積極、具團隊精神
