Remuneration: Pro-rata of $110,527 - $121,227 pa HEW Level 07 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

Monash University is seeking an experienced and highly organised ANZTR Registry Coordinator to coordinate the Australia New Zealand Trauma Registry (ANZTR) and support nationally significant trauma research.

Working closely with researchers, clinicians, and participating hospitals across Australia and New Zealand, you'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality registry data that informs research, policy, and improvements in trauma care.

About the role

Reporting to Professor Belinda Gabbe, you will:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ANZTR.
  • Manage annual reporting, and registry documentation.
  • Coordinate data requests and support researchers using registry data.
  • Work with participating sites to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data collection.
  • Analyse data, prepare reports, and support registry outputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data quality.
  • Maintain registry systems, databases, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across hospitals, state registries, and research partners.

About you

You are a proactive and collaborative professional with experience in research, registry, project, or data management. You will have:

  • A relevant degree and significant experience, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing data, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and continuous improvement.
