Fourth generation family business
The fourth-generation owner-managed company was founded in 1914 by Wilhelm Jäger, who manufactured small iron and stamped parts for the apparatus engineering industry based in the Siegerland region. Son-in-law Adolf Frank expanded the portfolio from 1919 to include fittings for the German furniture and window industry - a development that was consistently continued by his successors Gerhard Frank (1947 - 1988) and Wieland Frank (1988 - present). After Wieland Frank acquired AUBI Baubeschläge GmbH in 1998, the company merged and changed its name to SIEGENIA-AUBI in 2003, followed by the acquisition of KFV three years later. Today, the group of companies runs a number of production and sales sites at home and abroad.
