Job Summary: Provides services to students and staff that contribute to the creation and maintenance of an orderly, safe school environment and efficient, high quality operations that positively impact the education of children. Provides support to the extended day kindergarten classroom teacher, works with small groups of students to practice reading, writing and math concepts, assists with the supervision of children and transitions that occur during the day, demonstrates a positive attitude and growth mindset, and consistently performs within the role in ways that assist with the improvement of work processes. Additional responsibilities include outdoor arrival and dismissal and recess/lunch duties throughout the year.
