Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer

(Supervisor position)

Position Objective

Ensure the company's compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations by implementing, supervising, and reporting activities in accordance with applicable laws.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms related to AML/CFT.
  • Monitor transactions and identify activities that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Report suspicious transactions to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF).
  • Conduct employee training on AML/CFT topics.
  • Collaborate with supervisory authorities and internal/external auditors.
  • Regularly report to the management board on compliance status and AML/CFT risks.
  • Assess risks related to clients, products, and distribution channels.
  • Responsible to the competent legal authorities for any violations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations.

  • Higher education (preferred fields: law, economics, finance, security).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or audit.
  • Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and guidelines from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF) and EBA.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to analyze risk and make decisions.
  • High professional ethics and ability to work under pressure.
  • Recommended certifications for: CAMS, ICA, CFE.*
