Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver global ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) oversight for Gifts & Business Hospitality (G&BH), Sponsorships & Donations (S&D), and Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) processes, with appropriate regional/local tailoring.
  • Execute S&D controls and perform periodic look-back reviews to identify themes, challenge outcomes where needed, and drive remediation.
  • Perform TPI quality reviews and support accurate TPI submission processing in iComply, incorporating regional requirements and follow-up actions.
  • Produce ABC MI/reporting (KPIs/KRIs and ad-hoc analysis) with regional/Sub-LOB segmentation.
  • Run ABC governance forums and manage escalations/messaging with Compliance and regional/business control partners.
  • Partner with Technology on tool enhancements; maintain user guidance/training and complete key application owner activities.
  • Maintain ABC procedures/business practices and manage impacts of policy/standard/regulatory changes, including stakeholder communications.
  • Support audits, testing, and assessments (including Bribery & Corruption assessments for relevant entities/branches).
  • Maintain adherence to Antitrust, Anti-Tying, and FIRS requirements within the role scope, escalating issues and gaps through appropriate channels.
  • Relevant professional experience in a regulatory, risk, control, and/or compliance oversight function.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering governance and oversight across Lines of Business and multiple risk disciplines.
  • Strong analytical capability, including working with control metrics/MI to identify trends, root causes, discrepancies/irregularities, and emerging risk indicators.
  • Experience performing or supporting control testing, assurance, and/or monitoring activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: able to identify issues, assess impact, and develop practical, well-controlled solutions.
  • Comfortable partnering with Technology, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release/change support for risk/control enablement tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills; ability to convey complex topics clearly to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple deliverables, work to competing deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and financial/business environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Required skills:

Preferred (but not essential)

  • Regulatory compliance knowledge relating to Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws/regulations.
  • Experience with dashboarding/reporting and workflow tools (e.g., Tableau; Alteryx).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
