Job Description

Role Summary

The Creative Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Stills Studio, helping ensure products, sets, props, and equipment are prepared and ready for production. Working closely with the Stills Studio Manager, Production, Styling, Photography, and Sample Coordination teams, this role is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage changing priorities and tight production timelines.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support daily Stills Studio operations, partnering with the Studio Manager and cross-functional teams to keep shoots on schedule
  • Prepare and maintain samples, props, equipment, and sets to support daily photography and styling needs
  • Assist photographers with lighting, grip, and set builds across lifestyle and product photography
  • Maintain and refresh backdrops and sets, proactively transitioning between shoots to minimize downtime
  • Keep the turnover area organized and ensure priority product is accessible for upcoming shoots
  • Coordinate post-production resets with Production Assistants to keep studio spaces clean and organized
  • Communicate proactively across creative teams to anticipate needs and flag potential issues

Role Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Experience with camera, lighting, grip, and set rigging equipment
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment, furniture, and set pieces weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable working in an active studio environment, assisting with set builds and product movement
