What You Will Do
- Act as the technical interface to OEM/Tier1 customers, deeply understand product requirements (function, frequency bands, performance, packaging/structure, and cost, etc.), and deliver system-level solutions (cellular, GNSS, WiFi, V2X, broadcast, etc.).
- Lead technical discussions and solution reviews, support RFQ and technical clarification, improve project nomination success rate, and achieve annual targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams to complete solution design and validation, including passive antenna, active circuits, PCB, mechanical design, and simulation analysis.
- Lead system-level trade-offs (performance / cost / size / risk), ensuring solutions are feasible and competitive in the market.
- Participate in and coordinate full lifecycle R&D activities (DV / PV / SOP), drive technical issue closure (OTA performance, simulation deviation, vehicle coupling, etc.).
- Track customer testing and feedback, lead root cause analysis and problem-solving, shorten issue closure cycle, improve project delivery efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the external technical window of R&D, support the project management team, and ensure project schedule and quality.
- Support cost analysis and provide technical input to ensure an optimal balance between performance and cost competitiveness.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Electronics, Communications, Microwave, Antenna Engineering, or related fields), with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in antenna or RF system development, and experience of at least two mass production projects.
- Familiar with wireless communication systems (cellular, GNSS, WiFi, V2X, broadcast, etc.), with solid understanding of key antenna KPIs (active & passive).
- Familiar with simulation and testing tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, OTA, call box, etc.), with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into system-level solutions, with good understanding of interactions among antenna, RF circuits, mechanical structure, and vehicle environment.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills, capable of driving issue closure effectively.
- Good communication skills, able to independently interface with customers (English preferred).
- Experience with OEM/Vehicle Antenna/T-Box/TCU/Smartphone RF system projects is preferred, familiarity with vehicle communication/electronic architecture systems is a plus.
