Job Description

1. Supplier Management and Evaluation: - Regularly conduct quarterly evaluations of existing suppliers, analyzing their delivery, quality, pricing, and service performance, and provide optimization recommendations. - Initiate and execute new supplier assessments to ensure that introduced suppliers possess the necessary technical, quality, and delivery capabilities, thereby reducing supply chain risks. 2. Procurement Strategy Execution: - Lead the RFQ (Request for Quotation/Price Comparison/Negotiation) process according to the company’s procurement strategy, assisting project teams in obtaining optimal procurement terms. - Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and technical support with suppliers to maximize company benefits. 3. Support for New Product Development: - Promote and select suppliers from the RVL (Recommended Vendor List) to support new product development and introduction, increasing the RVL hit rate. - Assist the R&D team in sourcing competitive materials during the product design phase to ensure project timelines and cost targets are met. 4. Major Projects and Resource Integration: - Lead major cross-departmental and cross-site projects (such as process improvement, cost analysis, global supply chain layout, etc.), coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project objectives are achieved. - Establish strategic alliances with key supplier executives, participate in annual strategy meetings, and drive value co-creation for both parties. 5. Supply Chain Risk Analysis and Prevention: - Assess the supply situation of critical materials, collect and analyze market information, and propose risk prevention and control measures. - Communicate and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders (such as suppliers and project teams) to reduce the potential risks of production and supply chain issues.
