Annuity Sales Representative 
Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Top Performers $200K–$250K+) We are actively hiring a licensed Annuity Sales Representative to join a high-performing sales team focused on inbound, pre-qualified leads. This is a high-volume phone sales role where you will speak directly with clients who have already requested information about annuities and retirement income options. This is not a prospecting role, we provide the leads, you close the business.If you are a strong closer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, this is an opportunity to earn at a high level with consistent lead flow.  What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients interested in annuities and retirement solutions
• Present and sell annuity products based on client needs
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure policies are completed and issued
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities)
• 2+ years of annuity, life insurance, or financial sales experience
• Proven closing ability in a phone-based sales environment
• Comfortable handling 20+ client conversations per day
• Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
