The Annuity Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering sales operations reporting, calculations, and performance analysis to support annuity management and revenue optimization.
The role analyzes customer demand, forecasts, and historical shipment data to identify trends and opportunities, enabling the business to maximize revenue with existing customers. This position acts as a key liaison between Sales Operations teams, including D365/SFDC Key Users, CDM Key Users, and Program Management, ensuring alignment, data accuracy, and reporting consistency across systems.
In addition, the role provides support for internal programs, maintains reporting platforms, and proactively monitors data integrity.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
- Sales operations reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Customer demand analysis and trend identification
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, charts)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
