The Annuity Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering sales operations reporting, calculations, and performance analysis to support annuity management and revenue optimization.

The role analyzes customer demand, forecasts, and historical shipment data to identify trends and opportunities, enabling the business to maximize revenue with existing customers. This position acts as a key liaison between Sales Operations teams, including D365/SFDC Key Users, CDM Key Users, and Program Management, ensuring alignment, data accuracy, and reporting consistency across systems.

In addition, the role provides support for internal programs, maintains reporting platforms, and proactively monitors data integrity.

Functional / Technical Competencies:
  • Sales operations reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Customer demand analysis and trend identification
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, charts)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
  • CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
  • Data integrity monitoring and validation
  • Dashboard creation and reporting automation
  • Cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales operations reporting and insights
  • Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and historical shipment data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipment activity
  • Support CRM-related data uploads and reporting
  • Act as liaison between Sales Operations and stakeholders
  • Coordinate territory planning and sales cadence reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
  • Support internal programs and reporting platforms
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support
