The Annuities Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across special bid claims and rebate processes. This role involves analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting or finance foundation, solid sales operations experience, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor special bid (SME) claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continued discount validity (partner and customer-level).
  • Review rebate and bid claims, identifying non-compliance and root cause issues for resolution.
  • Prepare partner claim summaries, supply discount profiles, and management reports.
  • Coordinate with Indirect Contract, Pricing, and Order-to-Cash teams to resolve claim and payment issues.
  • Support bid renewals through data validation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to data and analytics initiatives in partnership with the Global Annuities team.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Sales operations experience, ideally with compliance or pricing exposure.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, D365, SAP, Vistex, and related tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with the print industry is a plus.
