Job Description

The Cleaning Crew Workers are directed by John Fillman to perform at the Annual Meeting Event on June 6, 2026. The Cleaning crew Workers to assist in the performance of any duties assigned for providing a clean environment throughout the event.

The pay rate for this position is $20.00/hour.

Please note this position is open to Shareholders only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assures that all common areas and main conference room is kept clean
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Comply with work schedules and company policies and
  • Responsible for trash removal, emptying trash containers and cleaning of
  • Responsible for cleaning restrooms and drinking fountains
  • Complete floor care as needed
  • Ability to follow oral instructions
Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of janitorial methods, practices, materials, tools, occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Age Requirement: 19+
  • Ahtna Shareholder or Descendant and/or Shareholder
  • Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures
Shareholder Preference

Pursuant to PL 93-638, as amended, preference will be given to qualified Ahtna Native Corporation Shareholders, Descendants, and Spouses in all phases of employment.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for up to 8 hours; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds unassisted.
