
Annual Fund and Engagement CoordinatorThis position offices in-person, on campusThe Annual Fund and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the logistics and programming associated with the Valor Annual Fund, working closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Advancement to plan communications, stewardship, and events. This role also leads new family orientation and engagement efforts, including coordinating one-on-one meetings with families in partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer, maintaining thoughtful and professional donor communications, and tracking outreach and engagement activity. The coordinator plays an active role in expanding Valor Christian’s donor community by building relationships with prospective donors and encouraging their engagement and participation. A genuine passion for both fundraising and partnering with community members is essential, as is the ability to represent and advocate for Valor Christian beyond our campus, strengthening relationships with families, donors, and the wider community. A strong commitment to Valor’s mission and vision is critical, as this position supports the continued growth of the school’s philanthropic giving.

RESULTSThe Annual Fund and Engagement Coordinator will be a crucial member of the Advancement Team at Valor Christian. As an active participant in the Valor community, the Annual Fund and Engagement Coordinator will have ensured the success and effectiveness of various events, activities, and meetings with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Because of the work of this position, Giving Season, the EnVision Gala, and all other Advancement events continue to be well-executed events that yield fundraising success. Ultimate success will be measured by engagement of the community, relationships with donors, and financial goals being achieved. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
