Verantwortlichkeiten
An-, Abfahren, Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions-, Hilfs- und Nebenanlagen anhand der Betriebsdaten, Zwischen- und Fertigproduktanalysen
Durchführung, Auswertung und Protokollierung der Betriebsanalysen
Analyse von Rohstoffen und Zwischenprodukten
Absacken und palettieren von Säcken und Bulk-Bags sowie abfüllen von Gebinden
Reinigungsarbeiten und Ausführungen von kleineren Reparaturen
Führung des Schichtbuches und weiterer diverser Aufzeichnungen am PC
Analyse von Problemen/Störungen sowie Maßnahmenergreifung zur Wiederherstellung des Normalbetriebes
Anforderungen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten, zur Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf
Berufserfahrung in einem chemischen Betrieb von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Bedienen von Anlagen und im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
Kran- oder Staplerführerschein von Vorteil
Hohes Maß an Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
