Als Anlagenbetreuer (m/w/*) im Bereich Heißpressen am Standort Kempten im Allgäu haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Selbstständige Bedienung, Überwachung und Einrichtung von CNC‑Bearbeitungszentren sowie EDM‑Drahterodiermaschinen
• Vorbereitung und Einspannung von Werkstücken, Auswahl und Kontrolle der Bearbeitungsprogramme
• Überwachung der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Maßhaltigkeit
• Durchführung von Maschinenrüstungen, Werkzeugwechseln und Einstellarbeiten
• Erkennung, Analyse und Meldung von Prozessabweichungen oder Störungen
• Unterstützung bei kleineren Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Dokumentation der Fertigungsdaten und Qualitätsprüfergebnisse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Programmierern, Instandhaltung und Qualitätssicherung

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

• ​ Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.  B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC‑Maschinen sowie idealerweise EDM-/Drahterodieranlagen
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
• Technisches Verständnis der spanenden Bearbeitung und Erodierprozesse
• Sorgfältige, qualitätsorientierte und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweis
• Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in Eigenverantwortung

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich/technische Ausbildung
• Gute PC -und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
