• Create high-quality animation for feature films, ensuring that it meets the director’s vision and the project’s requirements.
• Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent character performances.
• Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine and improve animation quality.
• Use a variety of animation tools and software to create fluid and dynamic character movements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest animation techniques and industry trends.
• Work within project deadlines and deliver animations that meet the highest quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions to enhance the overall project.

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in feature film animation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
• Experience with motion capture and integrating it into animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.

• Knowledge of rigging and character setup
• Familiarity with visual effects pipelines and workflows.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
