Job Responsibilities:
Train operators and RI on product conformity:
- Train operators, away from the production workstation, using the quality file.
- Train operators on the specific conformity requirements for the “trim”.
- Verify, through audits, that the training has been effective.
- Record product conformity training.
Inspect products at the quality wall as part of customer complaints and project launches:
- Carry out product inspections.
- Record identified defects.
- Prepare the necessary elements for analysis.
Conduct product audits at each workstation:
- Check the conformity of the packaging condition.
- Check the conformity of the identification of conforming and non-conforming products.
- Check the conformity of the content and container.
- Check the conformity of traceability.
- Check the conformity of the product appearance.
- Check the functional conformity of the product.
- Check the dimensional conformity of the product.
Supervise the handling of non-conforming products by RI:
- Raise an alert when a non-conforming product is detected.
- Stop production in the event of non-conforming product manufacturing.
- Identify and/or ensure the identification of non-conforming products.
- Isolate and/or ensure the isolation of non-conforming products.
- Draft, distribute and file the documentation related to non-conforming products.
Act as a driver of responsiveness in risk situations:
- Advise and train production teams on the assessment of conforming and non-conforming products, work gestures, workstation documentation, etc.
- Participate in information exchanges during RI meetings.
Supervise the product checks carried out by RI during production/project launches:
- Check appearance conformity.
- Check functional conformity.
- Check dimensional conformity.
