RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

The Angle's Envy Single Barrel, Advocacy and Educator is responsible for driving the success of Angel's Envy's Single Barrel and Custom Finish programs through the delivery of premium customer experiences, brand education, advocacy, and commercial partnership. Serving as the primary host for Single Barrel advocacy and private selection experiences at the Brand Home and Henry County facilities, this role creates memorable, best-in-class engagements that strengthen brand advocacy, support achievement of annual sales targets, and deepen relationships with customers, distributors, key accounts, hotels, influencers, and local partners.

This position leads the development, standardization, and execution of Single Barrel selection experiences, educational programming, tour itineraries, and program playbooks while ensuring consistency across on-site and field execution. As a brand steward and educator, the role champions Angel's Envy's story, heritage, craftsmanship, innovation, and category leadership through immersive tastings, presentations, trainings, events, and advocacy experiences for internal and external audiences. The Educator supports in delivering educational content for commercial teams, distributors, retail specialists, brand ambassadors, and key trade partners while mentoring advocacy teams to elevate execution and engagement.

Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Advocacy, Brand Home, National Accounts, Retail, Experiential, and Production teams, the Educator oversees selection logistics, inventory management, sample kit fulfillment, budgets, support materials, and operational planning to deliver a seamless experience from barrel selection through program execution. The role serves as a key liaison between commercial and operations teams, proactively managing customization requests, production timelines, quality standards, and customer experience opportunities while leveraging market insights, competitive trends, and consumer learnings to support brand strategy and program development.

Additionally, the Educato represents Angel's Envy at high-profile events, tastings, dinners, media engagements, and trade activations, while fostering meaningful relationships with industry influencers, trade partners, and brand advocates to expand awareness, credibility, and loyalty. This role maintains a thoughtful social and digital presence to amplify brand storytelling and engagement, supports market activations and advocacy visits, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Success in this role requires exceptional hospitality, communication, presentation, relationship-building, project management, and influencing skills, along with a passion for creating premium experiences, delivering impactful education, and driving advocacy, loyalty, and commercial growth for Angel's Envy.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Deep knowledge of the spirits industry, particularly whiskey and bourbon, with expert-level cocktail craftsmanship.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage audiences and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in event planning, execution, and developing meaningful trade relationships within the industry.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, financial literacy, and budget management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and frequent travel.

EXTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS – DEGREE, CERTIFICATION, ADDITIONAL TRAINING

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in spirits, bartending, bar management, or hospitality industries, with prior brand ambassador or consulting experience preferred.
