
Anesthesia MD for the Community
Full-Time Anesthesiologist positions available in our expanding community locations within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Physician providers have the unique opportunity of working at different sites throughout Eastern Massachusetts as part of the Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc., a large and diverse network with opportunities to provide care ranging from complex regional to cardiac to general anesthesia. This provides flexibility for physicians at various phases of their careers and accommodates changing interests.
Skills & Requirements:
Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works collaboratively with all APHMFP Staff.
Creativity and ingenuity are valued but adherence to established practice guidelines as set by governing boards is mandatory.
Board certified or board eligible.

Pay Range:
$420,000 - $462,000
The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
