• Ongoing coverage available in 2027
• Provider must be able to commit to all listed 2026 coverage dates

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Indiana Medical License or IMLC
• Board: Board Certified preferred; Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted, with certification required within 5 years of residency
• DEA: Active DEA Required
• CSR: Active Indiana CSR Required
• Certifications: BLS Required; ACLS Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Experience: No minimum years of experience specified
• Vaccinations: Flu and COVID vaccination required, or approved medical/religious exemption
• Other Qualifications: Drive-in candidate preferred; must be fully credentialed with locum agency; must provide 12 months of procedure logs; must sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures; must commit to orientation and all listed coverage dates
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient anesthesiology coverage for scheduled surgical and procedural cases.
• Administer adult and pediatric general anesthesia.
• Provide cardiac, epidural, spinal, obstetric, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, and spine anesthesia.
• Perform required invasive lines, airway management, regional anesthesia, and other mandatory procedures.
• Supervise CRNAs as required.
• Provide weekend call coverage as scheduled.
• Complete provider order entry and document patient care in Epic.
• Enter worked hours through the Vemsta timekeeping platform.
