As a young company with a rapidly growing product, our engineers are making key technical choices to scale our system beyond its current limitations. Our mobile apps are at the heart of making high-quality content creation accessible to everyone, anywhere.

On your day to day

In this role, you'll lead a team of Android developers, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll evolve our Android app by implementing end-to-end features, defining architecture, and making smart bets that increase the advantage of our highly talented team. You'll oversee delivery, quality, and technical direction while diving deep into thorny technical problems alongside your team. We're looking for a hands-on team lead with a keen architectural sense, who chooses practical technologies, isn't afraid to get into the weeds, and leads by example.

Requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 4+ years of Android development in Kotlin, with at least one large-scale, customer-facing app shipped to production
• 2+ years leading developers with ownership over delivery, quality, and technical direction — and a track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Strong command of Jetpack Compose, coroutines, MVVM, and SOLID principles, with a solid grasp of REST API design and Android UI/UX best practices
• Deep understanding of the mobile lifecycle — architecture, CI/CD, release, and monitoring — plus hands-on experience with Camera APIs and media player libraries
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar), with a proven ability to weave AI into the full SDLC — coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews
• Ability to structure problems effectively for AI tools and build repeatable, high-leverage workflows that level up the whole team
• Excellent English communication, a self-starter mindset, and a genuine team-player attitude
