The Android Development Supervisor will lead the development, optimization, and deployment of Android applications for our client. This role involves overseeing app performance, usability, and platform compatibility while managing a team of developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions as part of our clients SaaS product offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

• App Development: Lead the design and development of Android apps using Kotlin/Java, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Android developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• UX & Product Implementation: Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX teams to build user-focused, responsive features.
• Quality & Deployment: Oversee testing, release cycles, and Play Store submissions; monitor and resolve performance issues.
• Technical Collaboration: Ensure smooth integration with backend systems and support cross-platform compatibility.
• Innovation & Optimization: Stay updated with Android trends and propose enhancements for app speed and efficiency.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of Android development experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Jetpack, and API integration.
• Experience with Firebase, SQLite/Room, CI/CD workflows, and mobile testing tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
