We are looking for a
Senior Android Engineer with strong technical leadership skills
to drive architecture decisions, guide engineering practices, and deliver high-quality mobile experiences at scale.
In this role, you will not only contribute hands-on to development but also
act as a technical leader
, influencing multiple teams, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the direction of our Android ecosystem. You will build modern native applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and engineering excellence.
This position requires close collaboration across teams and ownership of complex, large-scale Android systems.

Ben has extensive experience with customer data analytics, data cleansing, customer identification, customer preference management, call center and logistical systems. He also has deep industry expertise in loyalty marketing applications and was directly responsible for the infrastructure of the loyalty program of a leading hotel group.
