🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Android Developer (Kotlin) – Remote | USD | Fintech
We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to join a growing Fintech company and lead the development and evolution of our Android application. This role is key to delivering secure, high-quality mobile features while improving engineering standards, CI practices, and overall code quality.
🌎 Location: Remote — Argentina & Brazil only
đź’µ Compensation: Paid in USD
đź—Ł English: B2 / C1 required
Design and build new Android features using Kotlin
Write clean, maintainable code following OOP principles and design patterns
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver great mobile experiences
Lead and participate in code reviews
Build and maintain automated tests and contribute to CI pipelines
Optimize performance using strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
Drive development through the full Android lifecycle in an agile environment
5+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with Android development using Kotlin
Deep understanding of the Android SDK
Solid knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and OOP
Experience delivering products through the full Android lifecycle
Experience troubleshooting performance, stability, and security issues
Experience with automated testing and CI practices
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
