职位描述
岗位职责 负责海外车载地图相关功能的需求分析、技术方案设计与编码实现，参与需求评审与架构讨论，主导地图模块的功能迭代与版本交付，确保功能高质量、按期落地。 快速响应开发、联调、测试及线上各阶段问题，主导复杂技术问题的定位与解决，保障业务稳定迭代；具备端到端的问题闭环能力，不依赖他人跟进。 持续关注地图模块的性能指标（启动速度、帧率、内存占用），参与制定并主动推动优化方案落地；参与包体优化工作，在功能迭代与资源受限之间找到平衡点。 与产品、UX、地图数据、车机系统等团队紧密配合，推动技术方案对齐，确保上下游接口清晰、联调高效
职位要求
岗位要求 1. 熟悉 Java/Kotlin 语言，基础扎实，理解面向对象设计思想，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法 2. 熟悉 Kotlin协程（Coroutines） 的基本使用，包括线程切换、异常处理等 3. 熟悉 Android UI 布局、动画、事件分发机制 4. 熟悉常用的设计模式，了解 MVP、MVVM 等架构模式 5. 熟悉 Android 四大组件、Fragment 及其生命周期 6. 了解 Jetpack 常用组件，如 ViewModel, LiveData 等 7. 了解 android studio, git 等开发常用工具 加分项 1. 有良好的编码习惯，注重代码质量和可维护性 2. 有较强的学习能力和自驱力，能够独立分析和解决问题 3. 具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通表达能力 4. 日常开发中使用 AI 编程辅助工具，能借助 AI 提升效率
