职位描述 负责海外座舱OS核心系统模块的设计与开发，涵盖Launcher、Docker、媒体中心等关键入口； 参与座舱系统应用层与Framework层的架构设计与对接，保障模块间解耦合理、扩展性强； 负责系统模块的性能调优与稳定性保障，解决座舱场景下的体验瓶颈； 参与海外座舱OS整体架构演进，结合海外生态与合规要求输出技术方案； 主动对接产品与海外业务团队，推动需求澄清与跨团队技术落地。 任职要求 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年Android开发经验，有智能座舱/车机OS量产项目背景； 扎实的Java/Kotlin功底，具备AI辅助全栈开发能力； 具备良好的架构设计思维，熟悉主流架构模式与设计原则，有多线程与性能优化实战经验； 熟悉Android系统应用开发体系，有系统级组件开发经验； 主动性强，能推动跨团队沟通与问题解决。 加分项 了解Google Automotive Services（GAS）生态体系 英语沟通能力强（口语可流畅进行技术方案讨论） 有跨国供应商合作经验（如Access、Yandex等）
