ACCIONA Construction is looking for an Anchor Caisson Manager to be based in the Philippines. The role will be key to ensuring the proper planning, coordination and execution of offshore caisson construction works, in line with project needs, technical specifications, safety standards and operational requirements.

The Anchor Caisson Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all caisson construction activities, covering onshore construction, offshore towing, mooring, transport to final position, anchoring and final construction phases.

The role will ensure that all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with project schedule, design specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caisson construction activities across all phases.
• Supervise onshore construction, offshore towing, mooring and anchoring operations.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment and manpower.
• Monitor progress and implement mitigation actions when needed.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, quality and HSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with construction sequencing, safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within marine bridge construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine foundations, caisson construction, marine operations, dredging works, towing, immersion, ballast control and heavy lifting activities.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources in complex marine/offshore environments.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level of English required.
