Work you will do

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and other key operational units, positioning the wider organization for sustainable growth and success. It includes at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications through advisory, implementation, and operate services to customize and streamline large, complex ERP applications.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years in Anaplan experience preferably in the software / SaaS companies
• Preferably certified in Anaplan or a Master Anaplanner
• Excellent collaboration and communications skills with the ability to convey ideas to both technical and business audiences
• Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
• A passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
• Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technologies
• Ability to assess customer business process/data/systems
• The desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team
• Technical / Tools Experience:
  • Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills (vlookup, hlookup, sumifs, sum product, pivot tables)
  • Any other EPM product TM1, Jedox, Essbase,
  • Understanding of SQL statements and table design
  • ETL tools like SSIS, MuleSoft, Oracle Data Integrator, Talend

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Good financial acumen
• Ability to communicate complex / technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
• Individuals with a demonstrable aptitude for learning, exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal), and hands on experience and applied competencies in Anaplan
