As an Analytics Team Member, you will be a key player in our Transaction Screening process, working closely with a dedicated team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit card transactions. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing analytical models and strategies to enhance our transaction screening capabilities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the bank's risk management framework and ensure the security of our credit card operations.

• Develop and enhance analytical models for transaction screening, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the transaction screening team to identify and address potential risks and anomalies.
• Monitor and analyze credit card transaction data to detect suspicious activities or patterns.
• Implement risk-based strategies to mitigate potential fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Business Process Management Group to align transaction screening processes with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in transaction screening and risk management.
• Provide analytical support and insights to the credit card business unit, offering recommendations for process improvements.
• Document and maintain records of transaction screening activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Participate in project initiatives related to transaction screening, contributing to the development of new tools and processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in developing and applying analytical models.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices, particularly in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with credit card operations and transaction screening processes is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
