Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

The role would focus on streamlining data processes, building reliable automation pipelines, and developing dashboards and reporting tools to support more informed decision-making across the organization, especially for prospects, leads generation and conversion to opportunities and DINs through different sources and CRM platforms.

• Design, manage, and optimize automated data pipelines across marketing and business systems
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive and functional team reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and structure data from multiple sources
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven solutions

Education & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years in data analytics, automation, and dash-boarding
• A Bachelor’s degree in or its equivalent.
• Conversant and experienced with Pardot and Snowflake usage and integration with Salesforce
  

Skills

• Advanced data analytics and automation skills, including expertise in SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI), and scripting languages such as Python for building scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong experience designing automated dashboards, ETL workflows, and recurring reporting processes that improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities, with the capability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions

• This role is onsite/hybrid
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple reporting and automation projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote work setting, including participation in regular meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Requires extended periods of computer-based work, including analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, and monitoring automated reporting systems.
