
The Analytics Solutions Manager will join the CIB Global Finance and Business Management organization, assisting with optimizing business performance by helping to drive key initiatives, performing data & management reporting development agenda for operations. The candidate will learn core business processes, build new capabilities, develop metrics/management reporting, and provide decision support via Adhoc reporting and data analytics.
The Analytics Solutions Manager on the team will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that help drive profitability and efficiency across the Commercial & Investment Banking organization. The Analytics Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading a Data Strategy team and assisting the business in identifying, escalating, and mitigating operations risks. Also support in building the strategic initiatives for the key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, presenting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Need hands on experience with the following skills:
Strong SQL for data extraction and validation
Data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau for data modeling
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Hands-on experience with the following skills are a plus:
Programming languages, Python/R
Knowledge of Distributed file systems: AWS Redshift, Snowflake, AWS Databricks, with modern cloud-based data architectures.
Familiarity with data cataloging, lineage, and issue management; experience implementing validation checks.
Version control (e.g., Git) and basic scheduling/automation concepts.
Basic descriptive statistics, trend analysis, and A/B testing concepts.
