
The Commercial & Investment Banking Global Services Data Strategy and Analytics team functions as an internal business & metrics reporting and analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, salespeople, and senior management agendas
As an Analytics Solutions Associate in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Global Finance and Business Management organization, you will assist with optimizing business performance by helping to promote key initiatives and by performing data and management reporting development for operations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, presenting key metrics, insights, and recommendations

Hands-on experience with
Must have: Programming languages: SQL (Expert),
Any Data visualization tool. For ex: Qlik Sense or Tableau (Expert)
Jira & MS Office
Ability to understand business problems/processes and design solutions/methodologies that are rooted in data
Effectively communicate insights/recommendations (verbal and written) with strong ownership skills
Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction / mining / modeling / visualization)
Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
4 to 7 years of experience, preferably (but not mandatory) in financial services or commercial banking
Python (good to have)
Good to have: knowledge of Cloud & Distributed file systems, e.g., AWS Redshift, AWS Data bricks, R Programming
Graduate/Postgraduate preferably with Computer/Finance/Statistics as core areas
Shift Timing: EMEA (1pm to 10pm) & Location: Bengaluru
