As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis team at JPMorganChase, you will lead end-to-end solutions leveraging data analytics to influence direction, mitigate risk, build partnerships and optimize financial outcome. You will be a strategic contributor, play a key role supporting data-driven decisions with direct impact to financial bottom line and collaborate with partners to drive operational excellence. In this capacity, you will utilize data governance, predictive analytics, strategy development, data science and machine learning disciplines to understand and predict customer and business behavior, set quantifiable goals, identify opportunities and implement strategies through experimentation to enhance collections and recovery performance and effectively manage operational expenses for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate advanced data programming and robust analytical skills to efficiently collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Become a subject matter expert and trusted partner to influence business direction and support operational success, advising on strategies with experimentation to support ongoing process improvement.
Leverage innovation, AI technology and design thinking to continually improve operational efficiency and resilience.
Interpret and present data clearly using narratives, visualizations, and context to convey insights and drive action.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or equivalent quantitative field with 4+ years of applied analytical experience
Proven experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, Java Script), relational databases (Databricks), data wrangling ETL tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau) to effectively collect, analyze, uncover and communicate meaningful patterns and insights.
Experience in API development, for building enterprise-scale applications.
Strong ability to investigate and pursue solutions among extended partners and subject-matter-experts in the firm to advance progress towards automated solutions.
Strategic thinking and effective communication defining clear strategy to support business goals, drive transformation and simplify complex techniques into actionable information to facilitate decision-making across diverse audiences.
Build business acumen and forge strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, actively seek input to anticipate and address needs effectively, gain trust and drive learning and process improvements to accelerate business objectives.
Coordinate efforts and leverage diverse perspectives working effectively across functions to achieve common goals.
Proactively manage performance and work delivery expectations, set high-standards for self, act with sense of urgency and follow structured approach to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with high quality and error-free.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Previously applied analytical experience in a financial services related industry.
Master’s/MBA degree with 2+ years of applied analytical experience in complex and large data environments.
