Job Description

Position Summary:

The Analytics Product Lead, Clinical Operations & Value-Based Care serves as the primary liaison between Clinical Operations, Value-Based Care leadership, and Analytics teams. This role owns strategy, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics products, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support quality performance, risk adjustment, medical economics, utilization management, and value-based care initiatives. The position combines stakeholder relationship management, business analysis, product ownership, and hands-on business intelligence development to deliver actionable insights that drive clinical and financial performance.

Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data product management, or related analytics role with direct stakeholder ownership.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, clinical operations, payer organizations, accountable care organizations (ACO), or value-based care environments strongly preferred.
  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate/ Tableau certified professional
  • Healthcare analytics or related certification preferred.

Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.

1.Advanced Business Intelligence development skills utilizing Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar analytics platforms.

2.Knowledge of healthcare analytics including value-based care models, risk adjustment (CMS-HCC), RAF scoring, HEDIS, Star Ratings, NCQA measures, and

3.medical economics metrics such as PMPM and utilization trends.

Proficiency in data modeling, DAX/calculated measures, SQL querying, dashboard design, and analytics troubleshooting.

4.Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, project management, HIPAA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

1.Serve as the primary analytics product owner and trusted partner for Clinical Operations and Value-Based Care leadership.

2.Gather, document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.

3.Design, build, modify, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations supporting quality, risk, utilization, and medical economics initiatives.

4.Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and determine whether issues originate from reporting layers, data models, or source systems.

5.Review and quality assure analytics outputs developed through AI-enabled tools and automation platforms.

6.Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams on complex enhancements, data architecture requirements, and escalated technical issues

7.Monitor portfolio performance, user adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and analytics utilization to guide roadmap priorities.

8.Provide mentorship, guidance, and quality review for junior analytics team members.

9.Manage data governance, user access, report distribution, licensing, and PHI protection requirements.

10.Other related duties as assigned.

  • Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures.
  • Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth
  • policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties.
  • Ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially.

Training and Education:

  • Participate in all assigned training.
  • Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.

Risk Management and Incident Reporting:

  • Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.
  • Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
