We are seeking a talented and results-driven Analytics Engineer to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows You will work closely with our data, engineering, and business teams to build scalable and maintainable data models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

Your Main Missions:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dbt (Data Build Tool) transformations to ensure clean, well-structured, and efficient data models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and enhance data quality.
  • Develop and optimize SQL-based transformations and queries for performance and efficiency.
  • Support the processing of high-volume and streaming data using tools such as Apache Spark and Kafka
  • Build and maintain BI-ready datasets that support data analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into data models and transformations.
  • Build and iterate on AI/ML models such as churn prediction and forecasting, from feature preparation through to deployment.
  • Provide support and guidance on data visualization tools and ensure business users have access to trusted data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data transformations, models, and governance practices to support workflow automation and trusted data access.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science) will be considered a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB Also experience with Clickhouse DB or Apache Druid will be considered a plus.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, including data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, as well as data transformation frameworks such as dbt
  • Experience with distributed data processing tools such as Apache Spark, and streaming/event platforms like Apache Kafka, will be considered a plus.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g., churn prediction, forecasting, classification models) will be considered a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
