Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? PIPESTONE is looking for an Analytics & Digital Platform Specialist to help drive data-informed decisions, optimize digital platforms, and support strategic business initiatives across our organization.
✅ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics summaries for leadership and business teams
✅ Analyze customer, employee, website, and communication performance data
✅ Manage ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and data quality
✅ Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
✅ Oversee employee and customer surveys, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
✅ Maintain website content, user access, and digital platform performance
✅ Collaborate across departments to improve reporting efficiency and user experience
✅ Support CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital communication systems
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field
✔ Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and data management
✔ Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
✔ Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
