That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.

We are seeking a seasoned EPM Architect to lead the design, optimization, and governance of our enterprise performance management landscape. This role requires deep expertise in TM1 and SAC, with a proven track record of driving performance, scalability, and innovation across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and optimize EPM solutions, including cube design, rules, feeders, and automation of data integration.
  • Define principles, standards, and long-term roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with solution architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive strategies.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., Snowflake, TM1 v12, AI-driven solutions).
  • Ensure robust governance, security frameworks, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Enhance user experience through standardized reporting and planning templates.

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in EPM tools (IBM TM1 and SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Strong expertise in cube design, rules, feeders, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience in automation of data loading, transformation, and integration with external systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including solution architects, product managers, and operations.
  • Experience leading teams, providing technical guidance, and establishing structure for delivery.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and security standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate ROI and competitive advantage of new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • TM1 Python scripting know-how for automation and advanced customization.
  • Ability to establish frameworks, standards, and structured processes for solution delivery.
  • Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for EPM deployments.
  • Leadership certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Ability to drive innovation and mentor teams in adopting next-generation technologies.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation—delivering value while ensuring systems remain future-ready.
