We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Analytics team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Analytics and Innovation Product Owner, you will work with emerging data and digital technologies to build self-service business intelligence (BI) and data visualization solutions on big data platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering scalable data products and insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and maintain BI and data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, and MicroStrategy.
• Build and optimize large enterprise data warehouses and data marts for BI, analytics, and reporting using platforms like Oracle, Teradata, and DB2.
• Manage Tableau Server administration and Tableau Extracts to ensure efficient data delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices in data management and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, governance, and analytics processes.

What you need to have:

• Proficiency with BI and analytical tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, and Qlik.
• Experience with SQL and big data technologies including Hive and Presto.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise data architecture.
• Knowledge of data security standards and best practices in analytics environments.
